detail engineering, as well as development assignments<\/li>\n<li>strength calculation, material selection and material demand planning<\/li>\n<li>project management and auxiliary tasks in projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our customer projects include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>strength design calculations and structural drawings of steel weighbridges for project deliveries, in accordance with Eurocodes EN 1990, EN 1991 and EN 1993 and the German Eisenbahn-Bundesamt (EBA) type approval<\/li>\n<li>the basic design, strength design calculations, the development of scale mechanics and workshop drawings for a railway scale with a capacity of 150 tonnes, including its productization, enabling the manufacturing of scale combinations of different lengths using only one set of variant drawings<\/li>\n<li>strength design calculations and productization of a truck scale with a 60-tonne capacity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 id=\"machine-and-device-design\">Machine and device design<\/h3>\n<p>Assignments may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>offer design, basic design and detail design, as well as development assignments<\/li>\n<li>strength design calculation, material engineering plans of the overhauling tools for the rope pulley axles (100\u20131000 kg) and the boom hinge of a crane vessel<\/li>\n<li>acceleration and torque calculations of the lifting device of a tambour crane<\/li>\n<li>design of fittings for and changes to several forklifts<\/li>\n<li>anchoring design of the brickwork of combustion chambers in several boiler and water heater projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 id=\"mechanics-design\">Mechanics design<\/h3>\n<p>Assignments may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>offer design, basic design and detail design, as well as development assignments ranging from brainstorming to drafting of manufacturing drawings<\/li>\n<li>technical calculation, strength design calculation and material selection<\/li>\n<li>project design calculations, ranging from brainstorming, to constructing a prototype, to filing a patent application for a climbing robot intended for delimbing trees that have toppled over power lines<\/li>\n<li>offer design, basic design and dynamics calculations for the rotating head block of a container spreader<\/li>\n<li>mechanical design of hoisting motion and travelling motion brake simulators<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 id=\"crane-design\">Crane design<\/h3>\n<p>Assignments may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>offer design, basic design, layout design and detail engineering<\/li>\n<li>strength calculations, material selection and material demand planning<\/li>\n<li>project management and auxiliary tasks in projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our customer projects include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>offer design and basic design of scrap handling cranes, maintenance cranes, charging cranes, ladle cranes, tundish cranes and billet handling cranes, including their placing in the factory layout<\/li>\n<li>offer design for gantry cranes with a lifting capacity of 180+180 tonnes, a span of 80 m and a lifting height of 70 m<\/li>\n<li>design and installation supervision of changing the trolley rails in the main girder and boom hinge area of a ship-to-shore gantry crane<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 id=\"design-of-reinforced-concrete-structures\">Design of reinforced concrete structures<\/h3>\n<p>Assignments may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>offer design, basic design, and detail reinforcement drawings, and the heating and cabling drawings for the reinforced concrete foundations<\/li>\n<li>design of the reinforced concrete foundation of locomotive and carriage wheel scales<\/li>\n<li>design of the reinforced concrete foundation of truck scales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 id=\"naval-engineering\">Naval engineering<\/h2>\n<h3
